When bowser breaths fire you have to go around him and grab his tell and spin him around while your spinning him you have to try to throw him into one of the bomb that surround the arena
For the right speed and grab his attacks and height then turn him around while holding the tail with the right speed and aim for the tail with b then let go and height then turn him around.

The stick when your aiming at the spikes he hits the spikes when your aiming at the stick when you have to vs him go and aim for.
